Friends and Family Day!

By signing up for the Friends and Family Day event, I hereby grant permission to D.S.H.V. Torius to collect, store, and process my personal data for the purposes of organising and facilitating this event. This includes communication before, during, and after the event, as well as handling any necessary logistics in accordance with the Privacy Statement. I acknowledge that D.S.H.V. Torius will store my data securely and use it only for the purposes outlined above. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for participation in event-related activities or required by law. I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes by D.S.H.V. Torius, such as on social media, the association website, or in newsletters. If I wish to view or request removal of specific images, I may do so at any time by contacting D.S.H.V. Torius. Participants under the age of 16 If a participant under the age of 16 is signed up for the event, it is assumed that the person completing the registration is their parent, guardian, or legal representative and thereby provides consent for the collection, processing, and, where applicable, use of their data and photographs for the purposes described above. I retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of my personal data. These rights can be exercised by contacting bestuur@torius.nl. D.S.H.V. Torius will handle such requests in accordance with Privacy Statement. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and understood this statement and consent to the processing of my (or my child’s) personal data for the Friends and Family Day event.
