We have regular practice on Tuesday and Thursday at sportscentre X, usually indoors but sometimes we move to the beach field at X to play some beachhandball on Mondays.
During the regular season we have a ladies and a gents team competing in the 1st level regional competition.
Next to playing handball we also have a lot of activities such as our monthly drinks at the Klooster, drinks after practice, (beach)tournaments, parties, dinners, fun games and much more!
