Welcome to the website of D.S.H.V. Torius

Torius is the student handball team of the TU Delft.

We are one of the smaller associations, but nevertheless a very undertaking association! We have several commissions which organise a lot of fun activities throughout the year. An example is Dutch students championship beachhandbal: 3 days of beachhandbal, party and fun entirely organised by the BeachCie (Beach Commission) of Torius.

Beside the competition for the gents and ladies teams, who play together in a combination with EDH, we also attend many student tournaments and foreign tournaments where we let everyone know what Torius is all about, playing handball and having a good party.

Besides these tournaments we usually train in the hall of the sportscenter of the TU or we train outside on the beachfields to prepare us for our own beachhandbal tournament.

A new acadamic year is starting, and so are the great trainings at Torius.
All members, please sign up on the website!

First training starts on the 31 of August
The Girls and Gents will play together in hall 2 (19.30-21.30)

The second training is on Thursday the 2nd of september
The Girls and Gents will play together in hall 2  (21.00-22.40)

During the OWee Torius can be found in the following places:

- Saturday the 14th - Pub Crawl - 22.00 Beestenmarkt

- Sunday the 15th - Opening OWee - 19.30 Beestenmarkt

- Monday the 16th - Infomarkt - 11.00 Markt stand 10

(Building time  8.00 - 10.00)

- Wednesday the 18th- Sport & Cultuurdag- 11.30 Sportcentrum veld 14 & 83

(Building time 8.00 - 12.30)

- Wednesday the 18th- Barbeque at Jorrits place- 19.00 Oost-Indieplaats 18

 

All Torians should be there on time, wearing their Promoshirt and also should attend the BBQ where the beer is sponsored by the OWeeCie
